Senna LabsCEO & co-founder

A digital business, built around the work it needs to do.

I am the CEO and co-founder of Senna Labs, the technology company I launched in Bangkok in 2017. Our work brings digital-product development and AI into the practical business of running an organisation.

01

Building the product and understanding the business

Senna Labs works across UX/UI, web and mobile applications, machine learning, digital assessments and PDPA-related work. These are team capabilities, brought together around the needs of an organisation rather than a single technology.

In my Moxie Insights interview, I discussed client understanding and clear communication in IT consulting, alongside technical capability, adaptability and continued learning.

02

Discovery → Implementation → Launch

Senna Labs describes its digital-product method in three stages: Discovery, Implementation and Launch. The sequence gives a prospective client a way to discuss a project beyond its list of features, with space for the initial definition as well as the work of bringing a product into use.

The company’s focus now includes workflow automation and intelligent operational infrastructure. Alongside customer-facing applications, that means looking at the systems through which an organisation’s everyday work gets done.

Working relationships that continue beyond the first phase

In December 2025, I visited Perfect Companion Group’s manufacturing, distribution and logistics network. The visit accompanied Senna Labs’ announcement of a second phase of our partnership continuing into 2026, with a focus on operational clarity and impact.

A July 2022 visit to SCG Chemical at Map Ta Phut marked a working relationship dating to 2020. In March 2023, the SCGC team visited our Bangkok office.

Inside the company process

Before the first line of code.

Senna Labs describes discovery as a way to understand the business, its users and its goals before deciding what to build. Stakeholder interviews, business-process analysis, user research and competitor research establish the starting point.

Workshops and user flows clarify requirements. Wireframes, clickable prototypes and usability testing make the proposed experience tangible. The company’s service outline also includes design systems, interface design and test cases in preparation for development.
